StephanieStephanie Sigman is a Mexican-American actress. Her most famous role was Miss Bala (2011), an Mexican crime-drama film. Also, she was in Pioneer (2013) and Spectre (2015). Sigman was a star in Narcos (2015), S.W.A.T. (2017) and the second season of both shows. Sigman was born to her Mexican mother and an American dad, Lee Sigman, who is a New York Yankees scout. Sigman is an U.S. citizen through her father. [2][3][4] She is an U.S. citizen by virtue of her father. His brother and the baseball player Kenneth Ray Sigman married actress Barbara Mori Sigman. Before making her debut in film in Rio de Oro, she started her career as a Mexican TV actress. She played the principal role of Laura Guerrero (Miss Bala) in a Mexican crime drama. [6] The film was picked as the Mexican entry in the Best Foreign Language Film at the 84th Academy Awards, however, it didn't make the final cut.
